Lectio is a way of praying using the bible as focus. It is a very accessible and easy way to pray and takes no time at all to learn.
Lectio Divina is a traditional monastic practice of scriptural reading, meditation and prayer intended to promote communion with God and to increase the knowledge of God’s word.
We meet on the last Wednesday of each month at 6.00pm at the Vicarage. Sessions last no longer than an hour.
