Harvest Festival service at 10.00am.

We bring gifts of food as we give thanks for the bounty of God’s good creation.

Practical donations will be given to Rickmansworth Foodbank. They are particularly in need of:

  • Tinned meat (mince or casseroles, not corned beef)
  • Tinned vegetables
  • Tinned tomatoes
  • Pasta sauces
  • Tinned fruit
  • Tinned rice pudding
  • Tinned custard
  • Jam
  • Tea
  • Coffee
  • Milk (long life)
  • Fruit juice (long life) and squash
  • Snacks, eg, cereal bars, pot noodles, cup-a-soup

Please note: the Foodbank already has lots of pasta and long grain rice so would prefer not to receive these items.

Non-food items which they welcome include:

  • Laundry products
  • Shower gel
  • Shampoo
  • Toilet paper
  • Deodorant
  • Toothpaste

As there is no diocesan-wide Bishop’s Harvest Appeal this year, the retiring collection will go to the Rickmansworth Foodbank.

There will be a Harvest Bring & Share lunch at 12.15pm to which all are welcome. It’s helpful if you can sign up (list at the back of church) to say what you will be bringing, please.
