Harvest Festival service at 10.00am
We bring gifts of food as we give thanks for the bounty of God’s good creation.
Practical donations will be given to local people including Rickmansworth Foodbank.
Financial donations will go to the Bishop of St Alban’s Appeal: Thrive: Nutrition and Sustainable Agriculture in Sri Lanka
This year the Bishop’s Harvest Appeal is being run in partnership with The Leprosy Mission to support a project in Sri Lanka, which provides those affected by leprosy with the means to grow their own food and raise their standard of living.
Harvest lunch: Details will be available shortly but we can certainly confirm that all are welcome!
We’ll be packing up the donations of goods on Monday 7 October, ready to despatch them to the charities we are supporting. Please come along at 10.00am.
